In 2016, at the age of 19, Ugandan-born Vincent Kazibwe began his career in Dubai as a cleaner, earning Dh800 per month. Determined to improve his situation, he took certification courses in hospitality and eventually transitioned to a receptionist role at Al Habtoor Group. By mid-2019, Vincent ventured into digital marketing, pursuing online courses and freelancing to build his skills. This dedication led him to work as a digital marketing manager and eventually found his own agency, Marketyme Digital, in Uganda. Today, he’s the Marketing Head at Luxbridge International Realty in Dubai and runs Marketyme, which now generates Dh16,000 in monthly revenue.
Despite his success, Vincent continues to support his family in Uganda, investing back into his business and planning for future expansion, including offices in Dubai and Malaysia. His journey reflects resilience and ambition, showcasing his dedication to both professional growth and family responsibilities.
